KATHMANDU, Sept 19: The CPN-UML organized a program at its party headquarters on the occasion of Constitution Day.
During Friday’s program, it was expected that UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, who has not been seen publicly since the Gen-Z movement, would make an appearance. However, Chairman Oli did not appear, but party leaders and workers gathered at the headquarters in Kathmandu.
