Supreme Court Bar Association pledges its support for fair election

In a meeting with Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal today, officials of the Supreme Court Bar Association, including acting president Ambar Raut, urged the government to ensure peace, order and good governance for the general public in the country.

Kathmandu, Oct 15: The Supreme Court Bar Association has expressed its commitment to assist the government's campaign to ensure that the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5, 2026 are free, fair and impartial.



In a meeting with Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal today, officials of the Supreme Court Bar Association, including acting president Ambar Raut, urged the government to ensure peace, order and good governance for the general public in the country.

The Association's delegation also drew the government's attention to address the demands raised by the Gen Z, such as controlling corruption and upholding the rule of law.
