KATHMANDU, April 5: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has returned home after completing his official visit to Thailand and attending the sixth summit of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC).
A delegation led by PM Oli landed in Nepal on Saturday afternoon after completing their trip to Thailand, as stated by a member of his secretariat.

The delegation, who had left for Thailand on Tuesday, had gone to attend the 6th BIMSTEC Summit held in Bangkok. During his stay, PM Oli participated in various meetings and interactions.
On Friday, he had a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This marks the first official visit to Thailand by a Nepali Prime Minister, made at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra.
