KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung has urged cine artists to spread the message of adopting a healthy life. As the cine artists are followed by many people, they have a significant role in bringing positive change in commoners, Minister Gurung argued.
He also reminded the artists to take care of their personal health in addition to involvement in film development and acting. Minister Gurung said it while addressing a programme on distribution of identity cards of the distinguished cine artists at a programme on Sunday.

On the occasion, Minister Gurung announced that the persons able to receive the identity card of distinguished cine artists would be handed over Rs 150 thousand and those receiving the identity card of the cine artist the health insurance of Rs 75,000 as well.
Minister Gurung informed that the government was committed to ensuring prosperity and he was also working seriously towards that end. "The government extends full support to the development of film," he added.
