KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Cartoonist Rabin Sayami of Nagarik Daily has announced that he will not accept the “Prabal Janasewashree” award given to him by the government on the occasion of the Constitution Day on Sunday. He has announced on his social media that he will not accept the award.
