40,000 cannabis plants destroyed in Mahottari

JALESHWOR, Dec 29: Nepal Police personnel have destroyed around 40,000 cannabis plants cultivated illegally at Baheda village of Yekdara Rural Municipality-5 in Mahottari district.



A team of police personnel deployed on Thursday from the District Police Office, Mahottari destroyed the cannabis plants farmed at the area of almost four bigha of land, according to Superintendent of Police (SP) Prakash Malla.
