RAJBIRAJ, Jan 15: One more woman succumbed to excessive cold at Kanchanrup Municipality-3 of Saptari district on Sunday due to the prevalent cold wave over the last some days.

The victim is 62-year-old Kaliya Devi Sada. She died of hypothermia while sleeping in her house, police said.
With this, the death toll from cold in Saptari district has reached 28. However, police has said only 16 deaths occurred due to cold. (RSS)
