KATHMANDU, Sept 2: Skies across the country are expected to remain mostly cloudy this afternoon, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD). While several areas may witness moderate rainfall, isolated parts of Koshi Province could see heavier downpours.

The MFD has issued a warning of heavy rainfall in Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces, urging residents to stay alert for possible waterlogging and landslides in vulnerable areas.
