KATHMANDU, April 13: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 137.37, and the selling rate is Rs 137.97.
The buying rate for one Euro is Rs 156.02, and the selling rate is Rs 156.71. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK pound sterling is Rs 179.78, and the selling rate is Rs 180.57. The Swiss Franc has a buying rate of Rs 168.38 and a selling rate of Rs 169.11.
The Australian dollar is being traded at a buying rate of Rs 85.71 and a selling rate of Rs 86.09. The Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 98.80 and a selling rate of Rs 99.23. The Singapore dollar is being exchanged at Rs 104.03 for buying and Rs 104.48 for selling.

Likewise, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.63, and the selling rate is Rs 9.67. One Chinese yuan has a buying rate of Rs 18.82 and a selling rate of Rs 18.90. The Saudi Arabian riyal is set at Rs 36.59 for buying and Rs 36.75 for selling, while the Qatari riyal stands at Rs 37.68 for buying and Rs 37.85 for selling.
According to the central bank, the Thai baht has a buying rate of Rs 4.10 and a selling rate of Rs 4.11. The UAE Dirham has a buying rate of Rs 37.40 and a selling rate of Rs 37.56. The Malaysian Ringgit is set at Rs 31.06 for buying and Rs 31.20 for selling. The South Korean won (per 100 units) has a buying rate of Rs 9.60 and a selling rate of Rs 9.64. The Swedish Kroner is being exchanged at Rs 14.00 for buying and Rs 14.06 for selling, and the Danish Kroner at Rs 20.89 for buying and Rs 20.98 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 17.71 and the selling rate at Rs 17.79. The Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs 448.64 and a selling rate of Rs 450.60. The Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 364.42 for buying and Rs 366.01 for selling. The Omani riyal is valued at Rs 356.82 for buying and Rs 358.38 for selling. The Indian rupee (per 100 units) has a buying rate of Rs 160.00 and a selling rate of Rs 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as needed. It also noted that rates set by commercial banks may differ and that updated rates are available on the central bank's official website.
