KATHMANDU, May 3: Prime Minister and CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Leader KP Sharma Oli has urged party lawmakers to confidently and firmly support the government's newly unveiled policies and programs, describing them as essential for political stability, development, and good governance.
Addressing a meeting of the UML Parliamentary Party at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar on Saturday, Oli said the government remains committed to driving economic growth while upholding stability and strengthening governance.
"Our policies are sound—colleagues should support them without hesitation," he said. "Opposition parties often criticize. We shouldn't take their claims at face value. We must stand firmly for what's right. Even while in opposition, we never opposed good policies."
