Two arrested for allegedly involved in vandalism and robbery

NEPALGUNJ, Sept 18: Police have arrested two individuals for allegedly being engaged in vandalizing and looting government offices in Banke. 



Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Banke Police, Deepak Patali, informed that Shalikram Pathak, President of the Community Police of Jayaspur, and Deepak Tamata were arrested on the charge.

He mentioned that Pathak was arrested from his house in Jayaspur, Nepalgunj, while Tamata was held from Surkhet. 


As reported, Pathak was involved in arson and vandalism, while Tamata was involved in robbery. 


They were arrested a few days after the district administration and district police, along with other government offices, issued a notice to provide evidence, proof, videos, and other materials showing involvement in arson, vandalism and robbery in government offices.
