Three killed by Russian drone strike in Ukraine's Kharkiv: mayor

UKRAINE, Aug 18: Three people were killed and more than a dozen wounded by an overnight Russian drone strike on Ukraine's Kharkiv, the mayor said Monday.

"As of now, three people died, including a small child. Another 17 people have been wounded, including six children," Mayor Igor Terekhov said on Telegram.


The city near the Russian border was also hit hours earlier by a ballistic missile that injured at least 11 people, he said.
