KATHMANDU, July 9: The Sindhupalchok District Administration Office has urged residents and travelers to exercise caution around the Bhotekoshi and Sunkoshi rivers.



In a public notice issued Tuesday by Assistant Chief District Officer Ganesh Nepali, authorities warned of a potential rise in water levels due to ongoing rainfall in Nyalam, Tibet.

According to information received from Chinese officials, the rivers may swell overnight, prompting local authorities to call for increased vigilance in nearby areas.
