SC refuses to issue interim order against Governor Paudel

A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Mahesh Sharma Paudel rejected the request for the interim order but instructed the case to be prioritized and expedited.

KATHMANDU, July 8: The Supreme Court (SC) has declined to issue an interim order to suspend Governor Bishwo Paudel from performing his duties.

A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Mahesh Sharma Paudel rejected the request for the interim order but instructed the case to be prioritized and expedited.
