KATHMANDU, Sept 9: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday postponed all scheduled hearings for the day due to the curfew order enforced across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.
In a notice issued earlier, the SC stated that regular proceedings could not move forward because of restrictions on movement. However, it clarified that habeas corpus petitions and supplementary filings will not be halted.
