Sanvi Energy to issue IPO worth 379 million

The company will prioritize issuing shares to the locally affected residents first, and then the issuance process will proceed for the general public.

KATHMANDU, March 25: Sanvi Energy Ltd has received approval to issue an IPO. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted the company permission for the primary share issuance on Sunday.



Sanvi Energy is set to issue 3.79 shares worth Rs 379 million at a face value of 100 rupees per share.
