REPUBLICA, Feb 3: The government has decided to appoint joint-secretary Ravi Bhattarai as Nepali Consul General in Guangzhou, China.

A cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar on Thursday decided to appoint him to the post, according to Minister for Information and Communication Surendra Bahadur Karki.
