KATHMANDU, Aug 24: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) has directed ministries to submit details of their transformational projects within a month.
According to the decision of secretary-level meeting, the ministries have been instructed to prepare and forward the details as part of performance agreements signed between the Prime Minister and respective line ministers.

“The ministries concerned are required to prepare and submit the details of transformational projects to the OPMCM within a month, as per the Prime Minister’s directive during the performance agreement process,” states the minutes of the meeting.
