KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's scheduled address to the Federal Parliament was canceled at the last minute today afternoon.
Oli was scheduled to address both the sessions of the House, marking the conclusion of the budget session.

According to PM's aides, Oli will address the nation tomorrow during a special ceremony to be held at Tudhikhel to mark the Constitution Day.
