Pedestrian killed in bus-hit in Banasthali

According to the Valley Traffic Police Office, the bus with the registration number (Ba 01–006 Kha 7543) heading from Swayambhu towards the New Bus Park hit the victim in front of Siddhartha Banasthali School.

KATHMANDU, Sept 18: A pedestrian died after being hit by a bus in Banasthali, Kathmandu, on Thursday morning.



According to the Valley Traffic Police Office, the bus with the registration number (Ba 01–006 Kha 7543) heading from Swayambhu towards the New Bus Park hit the victim in front of Siddhartha Banasthali School.

The deceased has been identified as 68-year-old Jas Bahadur Magar, originally from Khandbari, Sankhuwasabha, and currently residing in Kathmandu.


Police said the incident occurred at around 5:30 AM.
