He wrote, “Last week, during what was supposed to be a peaceful Gen-Z protest, there was an intrusion—as stated by the organizers. The intruding conspirators incited violence, and our youth lost their lives. The government did not give any orders to fire at the protesters. The incident involving bullets fired from weapons not possessed by the police must be investigated. I once again express my grief over this incident, pay tribute to the deceased youths, and wish for the recovery of the injured.”

He further stated, “At this time, our constitution has been under a major attack. After my resignation as Prime Minister, Singha Durbar was set on fire—the map of Nepal was burned, and attempts were made to erase the nation’s identity. Offices of elected representatives, the judiciary, commercial establishments, and political party offices, as well as the homes and personal property of their leaders and workers, were ransacked and reduced to ashes.”

He characterized the movement as an attack on the country’s sovereignty. Calling for all generations of Nepalis to unite in defense of sovereignty and the constitution, Oli portrayed the constitution as a shield representing freedom and sovereignty essential for the nation's existence. He urged the protection of the constitution and the defense of sovereignty, emphasizing the necessity for unity to save the country from crisis.
