NTB promotes Nepal’s tourism at Dubai event

KATHMANDU, May 3: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) promoted Nepal's tourism in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, during the 'Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025.'



From April 28 to May 1, the board showcased Nepal's diverse tourism destinations and potential at the international tourism fair held at the Dubai World Trade Center. The board focused on promoting adventure tourism, cultural heritage, and luxury tourism opportunities, according to a press release.

A delegation led by Senior Manager Nabin Pokhrel held several business-to-business (B2B) meetings with international tour operators, travel agents, and media representatives to highlight Nepal's tourism offerings.


During the event, the NTB distributed brochures, travel guides, and traditional Nepali handicrafts to promote Nepal's diverse tourism experiences. The ATM provided a significant platform for Nepal to present its Himalayan beauty, rich cultural heritage, and eco-friendly tourism opportunities to the global market.


In addition to the NTB, 12 private Nepali travel and tourism companies participated in ATM 2025. The private sector's active participation further strengthened Nepal's international tourism presence, the board stated.


Senior Manager Nabin Pokhrel stated that Nepal's participation in ATM would help introduce the country to new markets and contribute significantly to the sustainable development of Nepal's tourism sector.
