KATHMANDU, Aug 29 : Norvic International Hospital has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The hospital has called its annual general meeting (AGM) for September 14, where the proposal to issue IPO shares will be tabled.
The AGM will present seven ordinary and three special proposals, including the distribution of a 40 percent bonus share from the profit of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/25.
Purwanchal Lube Oil to issue IPO

For the purpose of dividend distribution, the hospital has set September 7 as the book closure date. Following this, the hospital will issue IPO shares equivalent to 20 percent of its paid-up capital.
