KATHMANDU, June 7: North Summit Hydro is set to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of 3.84 million shares, which accounts for 30 percent of its issued capital. Each share is priced at a face value of Rs 100.
The company has appointed Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the IPO. An agreement to this effect was signed on Friday between North Summit Hydro Managing Director Balendra Kshatri and Machhapuchchhre Capital CEO Upendra Malakar.

North Summit Hydro is currently constructing the 21.4 MW Nyadi-Fidi Hydropower Project in Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Lamjung, utilizing the flow of the Nyadi and Phidi rivers.
