Ram Maden, one of the faction's leaders, explained that the indefinite strike has been postponed until further notice in light of the Supreme Court's order issued on March 26 regarding the Mukkumlung (Pathibhara) cable car project.

In a decision by Justice Sharanga Subedi, the Supreme Court ordered to maintain the status quo on the Pathibhara cable car construction and called for discussions with Pathibhara Devi Darshan Cable Car Pvt Ltd regarding the interim order.

The Court issued this order in response to a writ petition filed by Yam Bahadur Limbu and others, making Pathibhara Devi Darshan Cable Car Pvt Ltd the defendant.
