KATHMANDU,
Actor Anoop Bikram Shahi, who has acted in more than two dozen nepali films, joined the Nepali Congress (NC) on Friday morning.

During a program, actor Shahi was introduced to the party by Home Minister and NC leader Bal Krishna Khand.Simikarly,Khand gave him membership of Nepal Tarun Dal along with party membership.
Former presidents of Nepal Tarun Dal, Mahendra Yadav, Uday Shamsher Rana, Jitjung Basnet and president Vidhan Gurung were present at the party entry program held at Minister's quarters, Pulchowk.
