KATHMANDU, June 7: Muslims across Nepal celebrated Bakr Eid (Eid al-Adha), the second major festival in the Islamic calendar, with prayers, community gatherings, and religious observances.
On Saturday morning, the Kashmiri Mosque in Ghantaghar drew hundreds of devotees who gathered to offer collective namaz (prayers) in a display of spiritual devotion and unity. Dressed in traditional attire, worshippers stood shoulder to shoulder in the mosque courtyard and nearby open spaces, reciting prayers in unison.
