KATHMANDU, Sept 15 : A motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a tipper truck at Banasthali in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-16.
According to Kathmandu Police Range, the unidentified tipper struck a motorcycle numbered (Ba 46 Pa 4600) at Banasthali Chowk, killing the rider, 31-year-old Manish KC of Satdobato, Lalitpur.

KC, who was critically injured in the accident, died while undergoing treatment at B&B Hospital in Gwarko, Lalitpur, on Monday. Police said the tipper driver fled the scene and a search is currently underway.
