Well known street dog care centre Sneha’s Care Centre worshipped dogs at its center located in Chovar, Lalitpur on the occasion of Kukur Tihar on Wednesday. Lalitpur’s Mayor Chiri Babu Maharjan visited the shelter and performed Kukur puja.
