Man kills his family member in  Sarlahi

RAUTAHAT, April 27: A man has killed his own sister-in-law by attacking her with a sharp weapon in Sarlahi.



Saheb Paswan, 40, of Madhubangoth,  Bishnu Rural Municipality-3, has killed Renu Paswan, 35, wife of his brother Gajendra Paswan, by attacking her with a sharp weapon.

According to the District Police Office, Sarlahi, Saheb killed Renu with a homemade weapon due to a domestic dispute on Sunday afternoon.


According to Saroj Rai, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Sarlahi, during a minor dispute at home, Saheb suddenly attacked his sister-in-law Renu on her hand, face, and neck, killing her on the spot with the sharp weapon.


The woman's body has been sent to a government hospital for post-mortem, and Saheb has been taken into custody for further investigation, Spokesperson Rai added.
