KATHMANDU, Sept 11: Normalcy is steadily being restored across the country, including the Valley, following the Nepali Army’s assumption of security leadership in coordination with other security agencies.
Representatives of the protesting Gen Z movement are preparing to select delegates for talks, while various organizations have called for a resolution to the crisis.
Gen Z representatives have also been seen launching street-cleaning campaigns. Employees of offices that were set on fire are actively engaged in cleaning, collecting documents, and repairing damaged structures as they work to resume operations.

The Army has continued easing prohibitory and curfew orders in a phased manner.
Today, movement and the purchase of daily essentials were permitted from 6 to 9 a.m. and will again be allowed from 5 to 7 p.m., according to a notice issued by the Nepali Army.
According to the Directorate, the prohibitory order will remain in effect on September 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., while the curfew will be in place from 7 p.m. on September 11 until 6 a.m. on September 12.
Security across Kathmandu Valley and other districts has been strengthened under the Army’s leadership, in coordination with other security agencies. Movement for essential purposes has not faced obstacles, but unnecessary roaming or gatherings remain strictly prohibited.
During prohibitory and curfew hours, ambulances, fire brigades, health workers, security personnel, journalists, and vehicles transporting food, fuel, milk, vegetables, water, and medicines will be allowed to operate, the Army said.
Government offices, banks and financial institutions, and other public institutions will remain accessible to employees upon presentation of their identification cards.
Similarly, domestic and international air passengers will be permitted to travel to the airport by presenting their flight tickets, the Army clarified.
The public has also been requested to coordinate with nearby security personnel for necessary assistance within the Valley.
