KATHMANDU, Aug 14: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has demolished structures built without approval over the Manmati River, which flows through the Kalimati area.

On Thursday, the metropolis deployed dozers to tear down unauthorized constructions over the section of the river that passes through Kalimati and Kuleshwor.
