Kathmandu Valley’s pollution level recorded at 242µg/m3 on Thursday

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: Nepal’s capital city, Kathmandu on Thursday recorded a PM2.5 reading of 242 μg/m³. The data was recorded in the morning between 7 and 8.

The latest pollution data clearly shows that the Kathmandu air is unhealthy. Healthy air, however, requires a PM2.5 reading of anywhere between 35.5 and 55.4 μg/m³. 


The lowest pollution data (148.61μg/m³) was recorded between 3PM and 4PM.
