India gifts strike vehicles and horses to Nepali Army

Secretary Misri visited the Nepali Army Headquarters  to formally present the vehicles. Along with the strike vehicles, six military horses and two military dogs were also handed over.

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: India has gifted six light strike vehicles to the Nepali Army. The handover was made by Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri during his two-day visit to Nepal.



Secretary Misri visited the Nepali Army Headquarters  to formally present the vehicles. Along with the strike vehicles, six military horses and two military dogs were also handed over.

In addition, Misri donated several health supplies. Prior to the handover, he met with Army Chief General Ashok Raj Sigdel at Army Headquarters, where discussions focused on bilateral interests and military cooperation.
