Human rights activists call for peace amid rising India-Pakistan tensions (Photo Feature)

KATHMANDU, May 9: Several prominent human rights activists including Krishna Pahadi staged demonstration in front of the Indian Embassy in Lainchaur, drawing attention to the increasing tension between India and Pakistan and calling for peace.



They staged a protest in front of the embassy under the ‘India, Pakistan:Stop War:Promote Peace,’ advocating for an end to the rising conflict and promoting peace.

They carried placards with slogans such as ‘Let’s make South Asia a War-Free-Zone,’ ‘Extremism and terrorism are enemies of Humanity’ and others.
