According to Deputy Spokesperson and Information Officer Rabindra Acharya, the help desk was created to address any incidents of disorder or problems arising from recent developments.
Citizens can share information, complaints, advice or suggestions by calling or sending SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber messages to 9851360603, the ministry stated.
