KATHMANDU, May 27: Mayor Harka Sampang Rai of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City announced that he will field candidates in all constituencies in the upcoming elections.
He made the announcement on social media on Tuesday, introducing it as part of his "Mission 84" campaign. Rai stated that his team will select only honest and committed individuals with clean records as candidates.

"We will field candidates from all local units and electoral constituencies in 2084 BS! Those with clean records, honesty, and a desire to work will be our candidates!" he wrote.
