KATHMANDU, March 2: The good governance and monitoring committee of the Legislature-Parliament has concluded that the government facilities were misused a lot.
During a meeting of the committee, Secretary at Ministry of Commerce, Ngaindra Upadhyay claimed that the ministry secretary would use the vehicle only for assigned task. There were not enough vehicles in the ministry, he added.

According to him, most of the vehicles were very old, dysfunctional and requiring hefty amount for repair.
It was also shared at the meeting that the people in the higher level are used to taking double benefits for travel - motor vehicles and aeroplane. RSS
