Govt allocates Rs 730 million for concessional loans to startup entrepreneurs

The government has announced it will provide concessional loans to startup entrepreneurs. Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel informed that NPR 730 million has been allocated for this purpose.

KATHMANDU, May 29: The government has announced it will provide concessional loans to startup entrepreneurs. Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel informed that NPR 730 million has been allocated for this purpose.



Presenting the budget for the Fiscal Year 2025/26 on Thursday, Finance Minister Paudel said, “I have expanded concessional programs to involve startup entrepreneurs in skills development, business expansion, marketing, and value chains.”
