Gold price rises by Rs 5,700 setting  new record

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, Thursday morning price stands at Rs 181,100 - up from Rs 175,400 on Wednesday, marking a surge by Rs 5,700.

KATHMANDU, April 10: The price of gold in Nepal has reached an all time high yet again. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, Thursday morning price stands at Rs181,100 - up from Rs 175,400 on Wednesday, marking a surge by Rs 5,700.



The per tola cost last Friday stood at Rs. 180,300.

Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased by Rs 65. It rose from Rs 1,835 per tola to Rs 1,900 per tola today.
