KATHMANDU, April 3: The price of gold has set a new record in the domestic market on Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the gold has now reached Rs 180,300 per tola today, marking an increase from Rs 179,100 on. Compared to the previous day, the price increased by Rs 1,200 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has decreased. On Wednesday, the price of silver was Rs 2,020 per tola, but it dropped to Rs 1,995 per tola on Thursday.
