Gold price reaches record high of Rs 179,700 per tola

The rise in gold prices in the local market is a result of the continuous increase in the international market.

KATHMANDU, April 1: The price of gold has been reaching an all time high in recent days. Today, the price of gold has increased by Rs 1,800 per tola.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the gold has now reached Rs 179,700 per tola today, marking an increase from Rs 177,900 on Monday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has remained stable, trading at Rs 2,035 per tola.


The rise in gold prices in the local market is a result of the continuous increase in the international market.
