DHANKUTA, March 3: A girl child died while six others were injured in a road accident that occurred in the district on Sunday afternoon.

According to the District Police Office, Dhankuta, a girl child died on the spot when a van en route to Pakhribas from Hile met with the accident.
Four injured seriously in the accident have been sent to the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, for treatment. However, the police have not disclosed the identity of the accident victims.
