KATHMANDU, April 29: Germany is willing to invest in clean energy, transmission lines and pharmaceutical industries in Nepal.



Finance Minister Dr Prakash Saran Mahat and German Ambassador Thomas Prinz discussed German investment in Nepal in the meeting held on Thursday .

During the discussion, Ambassador Prinz said that they are willing to increase investments in clean energy and transmission line construction in Nepal.


In addition, Prinz said that he is also interested in investing in the pharmaceutical industry in Nepal.


Finance Minister Dr. Mahat has expressed his commitment to create an environment for Prinz to bring in more investments in Nepal.
