Court rulings have also named him as the key conspirator in the murder of media entrepreneur Arun Singhaniya of Radio Today.
He, along with other inmates, escaped after setting fire inside the prison premises during the chaos of the protests. Initially, co-operative fraud suspect Rabi Lamichhane was taken out of the prison, after which Takla and other prisoners fled.
