Former PM Bhattarai’s house set to fire

Protesters have set fire to the house of former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.

KATHMANDU, Sept 8: Protesters have set fire to the house of former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai.



Protesters gathered at his house in Tokha, Kathmandu, and set it on fire, shouting slogans against Bhattarai. Protesters are still chanting slogans in front of Bhattarai's house.

According to eyewitnesses, family members have started carrying belongings, begging for mercy.
