KATHMANDU,Sep 23: Former Energy Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who had escaped from prison on September 9 during the Gen-Z movement, has returned to prison.
He returned to Sundhara based Central Prison on Monday evening.

Rayamajhi, was in judicial custody until final verdict in connection with the fake Bhutanese refugee scam. The prison management informed he voluntarily turned himself in.
However, former Home Secretary Tek Narayan Pandey, who was also in custody for the same case, has not yet returned.
The prison management has informed that search efforts are underway to locate those still missing. A few individuals have informed authorities that they plan to return voluntarily.
