"Today, I had an in-depth discussion with Chief of Army Ashok Raj Sigdel about the country’s current situation and the path ahead. After this long discussion, my conclusion is clear: I have no desire for leadership."
Prasai emphasized that his priority is whichever solution benefits the country. Respecting the voice of the Gen Z generation, he said he is ready to accept the leadership of anyone willing, including Balen Shah or Sushila Karki.
He added:
"I am prepared for any circumstances. During this critical time, I will not engage in cheap politics or petty commentary. What is needed now is seriousness, national unity, and the search for constructive solutions. Cooperation and suggestions from everyone are essential for a smooth resolution. This is not just a question for our generation but for the future of the entire nation. The time has come to rise above emotions and personal interests and fulfill our shared responsibility to show the country a path to survival."
