KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Dr Govinda KC has confessed that his date of birth in citizenship and SLC certificate are different.
Organizing a press meet at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, following the fact revealed about his date of birth in different documents, Dr KC admitted that it happened due to the technical fault. There are four months different in his citizenship and SLC document. In citizenship his date of birth is on October 8, 1956, and in his SLC document, it is February 6, 1957.
