KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has announced that his party will make Kalpana Dhamala, a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives from Kathmandu Constituency No 9 - a minister if she wins the upcoming election.
Addressing the election rally held in Kathmandu District Constituency-9 on Thursday, Dahal said, "I will make Kalpana Dhamala one of the ministers of the cabinet and bring her forward for people’s development and prosperity.”
